@TomMcGiverin >Online dating, for all its faults, offers to the chance to meet way more people and you don't have to be lucky enough to show up in person on the one date they happen to be at an event. Key word: chance. It is a crap shoot. The house (the dating service) has the odds on their side. From the most part women find the socially inept (send dick pics), those who live too far away to date and for the guys, accounts women have closed or are ignoring. For guys it also means an above average ability to write well for an extended period until she gives her phone number as well as a home address. Among the horror tales, my favorite was a gal who said she got a guy who promised if she didn't go out with him, he'd hunt her down. (Go out with me **or else.**) A common horror tale is the gal who promised to show up at an agreed upon location and was a no show. For the most part, on line dating yields those live too far away to date. That's why the key word is "chance." It does happen. Write a lot; write often; write well.

Back when I'd surf Christian web sites, I'd see people banished because they weren't using the administrator's version of the bible. No *Good News for Modern Man* bibles, bub.
