This is an easy recipe of mine for a sauce to put on smoked salmon. Three heaping tablespoons of Hellman's mayonnaise in a bowl, then stir in some white wine. I go by thickness. I'd guess that about an 1/8th cup of wine is about right. Now add a tablespoon of dijon mustard and 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped dill. Set it in the fridge, covered for at least 20 minutes. Spoon it over the salmon just before serving. Adding a few capers on top is a nice option.
