The normally flock in the winter near food sources. Lake Coure de lain Idaho has a group every winter on one of the bays that has plenty of fish. The Alaskan fishing villages have them coming in every winter. ad infinitum.

I think as we get older this is a lesson learned, the balance between being interested and appearing needy/clingy. I would much prefer knowing that someone is genuinely interested in me than trying to guess, this applies to friends as well as romantic interests. If you're not interested in me as a friend, then we can never be lovers.
