On our family road trips, being the oldest of three, it was my job to procure the ice for the cooler and make sure we had plenty of bread, mayonnaise, baloney and mustard, along with some of everyone’s favorite sodas, just in order to keep from starving in the middle of bumfuck Kansas! 😉
