I'm a web developer and and sometimes performing musician who never goes out to do things because I'm just not a planner. I prefer to drift. I don't mind doing stuff as long as I don't have to arrange it! I'm not a very social animal...

I studied art in college and in a previous stage of my life I drew fantasy and horror images and wrote short fantasy and horror fiction. I prefer Stephen King and HP Lovecraft type stuff. I'm also a bit into fantasy+medieval stuff, no LARPing but I do play D&D sometimes and visit the RennFest pretty much yearly — yes, sometimes I dress up!

Here's the thing I think makes it difficult for me to attract a gal: I don't do most man things, you know, the things u kinda expect from a dude. I don't like sports. I don't hunt; I've only shot a gun once in my life. Goodness knows I am not handy — don't know anything about cars or how to fix stuff around your house.

If you grow to like anything about me it's probably my sense of humour. Hopefully you can put up with the same dumb jokes for the remainder of our lives.

I've been alone long enough now that I find I really want a companion once again to share life events. I never thought I would get lonely but here I am...

It's best if my match is not looking for "tall, dark, handsome, financially stable" like seemingly every female does. My face is not unattractive but I am overweight, currently ~250lbs, having been working on that for a number of years now and lost over 100lbs since 2018. I'm probably jumping the gun here, perhaps not yet fit enough to attract anyone but I have been working on it so long I am tired of waiting.

While I make a decent salary, own my home, and drive an EV (the cheapest one they make!), I would never consider myself financially stable; I do not believe I'll ever have enough to retire, and if my workplace pissed me off enough I would quit that day without a plan. I agree this is a bad decision. This is not the stability most women are apparently seeking. I can dig it if you're looking for awesome looks and money — every human's just trying to make the best decisions they can, but if so it's best to keep looking.

I don't know if I do anything enough for it to be considered a hobby, aside from playing guitar. That has come and gone a few times in my life though. I am currently playing out live, very low end local gigs in bars, wineries, breweries, but that could end anytime and I may not pick up the guitar for years afterward, who knows? When I am playing live however, it does eat up time practicing and playing gigs so u should be OK with not having me beside you 24-7.

I do not smoke or chew tobacco. Occasionally I may celebrate 420; it's fine with me if u do as well.
