I was raised a Catholic none of it makes sense. The priest at our church when I was 5 - 6 years old had a Lincoln continental my dad had a 4dr. Chevy station wagon yet my dad didn't ask for money every Sunday. being taught problem solving using logic in a public school kind of wrapped up that.

For my personal interest I'll stay in the US, went to Florida at the beginning of June to see the Everglades should have went 30 years earlier, we went by car and we took our dogs with us pet friendly hotels, supported the local economy and got 40 miles to a gallon. Wanted to drive the blue ridge parkway but it ended up raining so that was out. Adirondacks in the fall.

There are a lot of politics and people expressing their opinions on here.

My daughter is a lead IT engineer at a medical firm in Oregon. We bought a IBM clone in 85 she helped me install the hard drive and as new processors came out change motherboards and do upgrades along the way she knows how to repair an older car being everything's OBD2 now plug and play troubleshooting makes it a bit easier she rides a motorcycle and does her own home repairs within reason. My current wife and I have rebuilt our post world war II cottage and I consider myself quite fortunate. We have a small solar/wind installation which covers a security system our internet capabilities and some of the lighting in the house, more to come later, at least we are not the dark during a power failure. Rome was not built in a day, they took a week or so off for saturnalia!😉
