Thus, consuming cookies or brownies wastes almost as much as smoking. If one eats a gummy or pill that has no fat, it should not be eaten with fat or cooking oils.
CBD, CBDA, THCA, and CBGA are all much more soluble in water and don’t have the same problem as THC described above. But they're not psychoactive, so you have no idea what you've consumed.

The multi-ring cholesterol degrades into molecules that cellular machinery mistake for nucleic acids. The substitutions then give rise to genetic mutations. Of course you have DNA-repair enzymes that put everything back the way it should be, hopefully.

Decades later I was sitting in a pew and took the occasion to actually read the prayer book. Prayer after prayer after prayer described the act of lighting incense. But I never, ever smelled incense in all the times I went as a child.
And speaking of pew, I DO remember sitting in a Christian church for Jewish high holy days (which was too weird), looking at the absurd stained glass depictions. While admiring the beauty, the most putrid stench hit my nose like the seat of an outhouse. The ladies in front of me must've had a diet of preserved dead vegetables or worse. Yeah, pews... well named.

The real question is whether we'll ever find remnants of life, or life itself. We may need to be prepared to find a form of life that is not based on DNA/RNA. Almost certainly, the Earth has fully contaminated our own solar system.
