64 year old northern british living in the deep south on the isle of wight. I am atheist and humanist interested in chatting to and meeting others of a similar outlook. I spend my spare time walking and taking photographs around this lovely island i live on. I have been an atheist from the age of 9 or so as a i never really believed in a god but had to go to church and sunday schoool as mum wanted me and my brothers out of the house and not causing havoc on a sunday morning. I lapsed in my mid 20s and became a JW don't ask why as to this day i have not figured that one out myself. I awoke after a few years but found myself trapped because it was the only life i had all my friends and work was tangled up with being a JW
