Of course, at the bare minimum legal age restrictions must be followed. That means no one under 18. Ever. For any reason. Then there's my own personal age restriction for casual encounters, which is 23. I really don't even look for people that young to have flings with anymore, because as a 52 year old man, that kind of age difference is a bit.... groce. As for anything long term, I really have little interest in seriously dating anyone under the age of 30. Anyone younger than that usually doesn't quite have their head quite screwed on straight yet, and I'm too old for that kind of drama.

There's a big difference between looking at someone and leering at them. Leering just makes you a douche bag. And looking at someone for five seconds without saying anything is way too long. Good rule of thumb: If you've looked at someone for more than two seconds, you've committed yourself to at least saying hi and in turn the possibility of being rejected. No exceptions. If you see someone you are attracted to, look them in the eyes, smile and say hi. If they smile, look you in the eyes and say hi back, then there is potential. If they say hello without looking at you or give you a quick little smile and then look away quickly or just simply ignore you, then it's a dead end road. Move on.

Saw these guys in a little bar a few years back before they turned in to Bon Jovi. I was close enough that Robby Takac was getting sweat, spittle and possibly piss all over me during Long Way Down. I have this never ceasing fear of finding myself in the midst of a major medical crisis because of cost issues. If that happens, I hope I just die on the table. For non-emergencies I go overseas to either Costa Rica or Thailand for medical care. I can buy a plane ticket and hotel room and get what I need done finished for less than it would cost me for just the medical care here in the US.

It is not the responsibility of the individual to achieve a specific level of proficiancy in order to participate in the political process. It is the responsibility of the politicians to ensure that their messages and policies are understood by people from all walks of life and social status. Telling a farmer who reads at a third grade level because they've spent their entire life working in a field from sun up to sun down that they can't vote is tyranny at its worst. While I could never support failing to vote being considered a criminal offense, I could most certainly support a participation tax credit for registered voters who demonstrate proof of voting in an election year.

It's never accurate to make blanket statements, either good or bad, about any group of people. Even Trump supporters have some nice folks out there. Misguided, but nice. I work on their garages quite frequently. It's the same with women from all walks of life. Some are good people. Some are assholes.

Yes. Like anything in nature, sex serves multiple purposes. I'm always amazed at people who call sex a sin, even when it's with one person for your whole life. Yes, some catholics actually still believe that sex with your husband or wife is a sin. Sex can be for procreation, or it can be for bonding as a couple, or it can simply be a fleeting moment of pleasure and release shared between two people who really don't want or need anything else from each other.
