Now, this is what should have occurred to many others. Forty years ago Citibank lived with the credo "We lend you a dollar and you cannot repay - YOU have a problem. We lend you a million dollars and you cannot repay then WE have a problem".
They turned that around in 2008 and applied it to the US Government with "We have debt, YOU have the problem, bail us out". And they did.
Similar has occurred in Ireland with the lynchpin finally being convicted after trying to escape justice fleeing to the US and trying to avoid extradition.
