Interesting encounter while campaigning today.

I talked to a young man who was happy we stopped by. My card had my values on one side and issues on the other. He was interested on a brief read. Lives in an apartment complex.

We were now three roads away when a car drove near and I heard my name. First thought was that we were being kicked out for solicitation, again. Nope, it was Ed saying he was happy to see a humanist running ( I did not use humanist in my material ). We talked a little and I identified myself as an atheist which made him even happier.

Think I gained a voter.
