Thanks for the link. For those who don't have time to click on the link, the "White Ally Tool Kit" is part of a training session that wants to "teach white liberals how to talk to other whites about racism" It is NOT about preserving White privilege or presuming that whites are being discriminated against.

@0752532706 I haven't participated in the training or seen the workbook, so I can't evaluate this. I think the idea makes a lot of sense, however.
