Following islam is no different than following christianity.. there are radical muslims, and radical christians.. each book has ridiculous elements of violence... i would be no more/less inclined to tell my christian friends that their religious beliefs are flawed, than i would my muslim friends...

I would find out the switch , as it is not a white Irish thing to do traditionally . Then I would tease ,discuss , make fun , same as I do with whatever they were previously practicing . In my heart I would be sad tho , Islam is punished by society here in Jer Z , I wouldn't want them in extra danger .
