Finally, how many calories does one burn during sex.

The conversions are as follows:
1 kJ = 0.2 Cal
1 Cal = 4.2 kJ

[dailymail.co.uk]

Clinical sexologist Sunny Rogers told Instyle the world's most 'vanilla' move between the sheets might actually have the potential to burn serious kilojoules in the long run. You just have to mix things up a bit.

Instead of lying flat and still as your partner thrusts, tilt your hips back and up so you're closer to him.

This engages your core and hip flexors, so you burn more kilojoules while strengthening your abs. Want an added health benefit? Squeeze your kegel muscles as he enters to work out your pelvic floor muscles.

And it's 20 kilojoules per moan - so don't forget your sound effects.

I lost calories by eating fruits and vegetables . As much as possible i avoided fat and oil . Not a muscle did i use when i lost ten kilos. i now know that the healthy nutrition is the only way of losing weight for me.

This really sucks for me... the conversion info is wrong but no one caught it but the sex part of it.... what does that say? Maybe I am not that interested in sex anymore, which is NOT good..... the spiral down continues and now is picking up speed....aggghhhhhh

If you wish to make the moment last.. Just repeat the conversion equation over and over again in your head (not out loud, she will leave the room). ⏰???
