There's a huge double standard going on here. I'm going to create a group for older women and younger men...

I see your point. I can only refer to my experience but certainly in my life time yes men have generally always referred to women as girls.

Not in my life time, but won't repeat here but will give you a clue ?
With the exception of referring to women as 'girls' I'm totally down with this. Men have been doing this since the beginning of time, right?
