Me? It's seasonal. If it's winter, it will be slow braised lamb shank with a good cabernet sauvignon.
If it's summer, it's going to be a good steak on the barbecue with a crisp pinot gris.

@Palindromeman Style to me will be an Orgy, in the streets, in churches, in courts, If we all are going to die... empty the prisons!!!! I will be parked in a van by the women prison.

If it's winter I'm going with a massive carb load comfort dinner. Chicken and noodles over mashed potatoes, with peas and homemade from scratch dinner rolls.

Filet mingnon with fresh horseradish, grilled Vidalia onions, smashed potatoes with butter, sour cream, fresh chives. And cheesecake.

You are a classy lady...
I've been reading about you today, having spent time in NC. I thought about responding to your "liberal", "bisexual", since I have that in my life, as well. But your "last meal" was the final straw. Grilled sweet Vidalias. Caramelized. Smashed potatoes with butter AND sour cream. You are a Southern girl. The best kind.
I have celiacs & I react very badly to beef. I'm having a steak so rare I'm going to have to chase it around my plate to cut it & shrimp carbonara over angelhair pasta...and all the fresh out the oven garlic bread I can eat.
