Anyone ever have a fried zucchini sandwich! My mom used to make these for me. Two of 'em I made and ate. I don't put anything on them but a little seasoning, because nothing tastes like fried zucchini to me. GOOooOOOood! I don't know if it's healthy, but it made me happy.

That is something I'm going to try soon - I'd never heard of it, but it sounds good! (Mine will of course be a fried courgette sandwich, though
