Coffee or tea?
I am at both ends on this one. At work, coffee, I tried tea, but that just didn't work for me. At home herbal tea, I don't even have coffee or want it when I'm at home.
I don’t drink coffee never have. I like different teas especially sleepytime before bed. It doesn’t always help sleep but it makes me groggy enough to want to go to bed.
Tea really help warm my body to relax, especially chamomile
I love coffee, and don't judge, I like it cold...
I prefer it at room temperature (which really confuses my colleagues, who often make me a new cupful because they think I've forgotten to drink it just as it approaches optimum drinkability), so I know what you mean.
