Universities around Europe, Canada and America are obsessed with awarding him with honorary degrees, what these countries don't question, is why Rwanda is one of the refugee producing countries despite of skyrocketing media coverage about how economy is doing better,they have actually branded Rwanda as the Singapore of Africa.....oops,I am yawning over this.
