I always strip to my underwear while answering the door for religion salesmen. Lol.

I live on private property so after I take it from them (for contact info) I tell them that they are trespassing and that if I don't see them walking away immediately, I will call 911. Then I hand the flyer to the manager. He loves that shit!

I take them home. Crumble them up and use them to start fires.

I would engage with them and no doubt have an interesting conversation

Fold it up, put it in my back pocket and throw it out later with all of the other trash which has accumulated throughout the day.

Like junk mail I shred it and use for kindling in my fireplace.

I would take it and throw in the trash after they left my property. That way they don't keep bothering me and saves me a phone call to the cops.

Since I've moved, installed a security system and posted a "This home protected by an armed American citizen. Absolutely nothing inside is worth dying for." window sticker, I haven't had any solicitations. I wonder why?

Once a member of the local church placed a flyer under my door; I grabbed it and told her "Don't put your garbage under my door." She -as soon as I closed the door- placed it again under the door. I made a ball and I throw it at her feet while saying "I am calling the police; soliciting is not allowed in the building."

I don't really mind people doing what they have to do as long as it doesn't make a lot of fuss for me - I understand that we are different and have different values and ideals so I would wait till they had gone and then take it down - It would be different if it was a sticker. or if it came with verbals.

Just take it! Why can't non believers get it through their skulls that the majority of religious people such as this were indoctrinated from birth into this thought process and it is like a type of mental handicap that they are unable to overcome . Why be mean to them ,instead have pity on them.

I'm also polite to the Jehovah's Witnesses who occasionally ring my doorbell. They are certainly less of a nuisance than telemarketers.

None of the above, as I prefer friendly confrontation. So many of the ones I've seen have had something to do with being saved - this is an opportunity to ask "Saved from what? A loving god, who demands submission and rules through fear? From what I've seen, there is no need for a god to pass judgement when there's a surplus of followers more than willing to step forward and do the job for him. I tend to recycle such things.

Giving it back to them means they will spend that much less resources "spreading the word" and they wiol just give it to someone else. i say let them waste their resources.

The fliers also do make good starter for the fire pit though.

If I saw them doing this I would remove the flyer and hand it back and ask "why do you believe in mythology" ? It will not help as they are stuck in this position but ya never know....
