Is this a video inviting us to laugh at African people?

Not at all... Just thought it was funny that the guy who was in the middle of being annointed by the holy spirit or whatever dropped everything to pick up the phone call, then tried to continue having his demons exorcised after hanging up. I'm just laughing at how silly religion is in general.
