What are some of the biggest lies ever told in history?
The lie that we live in a free and democratic society. Your level of freedom is directly proportional to your bank balance. Add in the condemnation of poverty as a moral failing, a "pull yourself up by your bootstraps" mentality and mythos and, voila! you've got a profoundly unequal society where everyone believes they're free despite most being enslaved cradle to grave.

Pineapple belongs on pizza.
Hey, I love my Hawaiian pizza with pineapple. Lol
I will only put it in halfway. chem trails lol flat earth car companies bought out the 100 mpg carb.and of course, that thing is huge !!!!!! hahahahaha
Truthfully it was not the car company’s that bought the 100 mpg carburetor, it was the oil Companies that bought the patents so the car companies and private folks couldn’t put the carburetor on the market...
The bible is the most popular work of fiction in history. I can't tell you how many people live by this unproven story, and try to influence others to do the same.
Yup, recently read a book on how the bible has been changed through it's history. There are more changes in the bible translations than there are words in the bible itself!!!
I don't quite understand what your are saying. The bible most definitely IS the most popular work of FICTION in history. There is very little NON-FICTION in it at all, if any.
@jlynn37 First 400 years was just common people writing down the bible. After that trained scribes and monks wrote it down. In all these writings words and meanings were lost/changed/re-translated 0's of times. Lots of times if the monk did not agree with what he was reading he just changed it to his belief. Also the more this went on the more different translations already done were used and re-done. So, just sayin for example if there are a million words in the bible, there are a million changes from the "original" that was finally written down years after Jesus died.
@jlynn37 It's like that game where a story is started around a group of people and when it gets to the last person there is no relation to the original story. Well do that a few 0 times and you have the bible as we know it now. Compare the Reader's Digest version to the KJ version, not even close if you were brought up on the KJ.
@starwatcher-al I understand and agree with everything you are saying, but the bible IS total FICTION.
You are living the American Dream, welcome to America!
I told a Big lie one night about the next day, went to sleep and became the truth by morning. That taught me a lesson about Big Lies.
One of the most conspicuous lies ever told was that if there were a god, he would give a toad's tush about paradise or salvation!
