Too much of the time, I can't really get myself to believe this. Even when I'm not feeling depressed. It passes, but keeps coming back day after day. But I also know, when I'm rational, that things CAN get better if one persists and works at creating change. In any case, it is a good post and a good thing to think about. It also is often true for very many, I think. Thanks.
This is good. I like the Stoic maxim: It could be worse. Find a way.
Breathing helps, meditation helps. And my mantra, "this too shall pass." Trouble is, the good stuff passes too. Sigh, such is life.
