I think Trump's ideas/policies are intentionally retaliative of Obama's presidency,not that Obama,did anything so hurtful to Trump, but because he was a son of an immigrant,whose father actually left and never benefited from Trump's wealth. So why does Trump carry so much hate/anger? He can still be president without hoarding hate or anguish,at the end of the day, it's Americans who will suffer indirectly. What's your take on this point of view?

I personally think Trump is undoing Obama's legacy not out of spite or hatred but due to his narcissistic desire to be one of if not the most famous president in history. He's making sure he has his stamp on everything.....

You may be right
Trump knows Obama was popular, but that he himself never will enjoy the same acclaim. So he tries to tear down everything that Obama built up in order to prove himself "better." He's destroying our country to feed his weak ego. He needs therapy badly but does not have the capacity for introspection needed to be successful at it.
