One of my pleasures is what I call Mexican Coke.
It is sold in the ethnic food aisle but it is still bottled in Atlanta.
It is made with cane sugar instead of the corn syrup and is a time trip in a bottle.
It will take you back to what a Coca-Cola is supposed to taste like.
Anywhere south of US border the use of sugar is used in almost all products produced.
Fructose is not used in the vast majority of food products.
It is not cheap to use or is welcomed by the tastes of the consumers south of the border!
Back in the day when I was drinking coke, it was the only one that I would drink.
Coca-Cola used to be great in the 70s. No high fructose corn syrup. More caffeine. It was invigorating.
I'd never buy Coca-Cola now. They're an evil company.
I haven't seen it around here, but I had some the last time I was in Austin, and you're right.
I found the Jones brand of cane sugar soda in my local grocery store. Cream is my favorite.

Yeah. Jones soda is coming back.
They entered a fool's agreement with Walmart and were nearly crushed because Walmart made them go o CORN SYRUP.
They were nearly crushed because cane sugar was the entire point.
It sure does
And the classic glass bottles don't hurt.
@BufftonBeotch you know if you get a fountain drink at Disney it tastes like a real coca cola
@Bigwavedave What are they charging for a day at Disney for the honor of buying a $12.00? Close to $200 now?
It is so out of the range of so many families and it didn't used to be.
Off topic. Sorry.
