I don't like it. I don't like the message the girls are receiving. I think too much credence is given to being "beautiful" and I think the bombardment of the message harms the young psyche.

Absolutely ridiculous! Where are the parents? Probably do it, as well.

When kids are emulating the Kardashians instead of people like Steven Hawking or Mark Cubin, you know we're in some seriously deep shit.

Then again, who are todays twenty to thirty something Steven Hawkings or Marc Cubin's that kids can role model from? There aren't any. So... whose fault is it that our kids are emulating the Kardashians with their plastic tans and fake fingernails instead of worthwhile individuals? Just think about that for awhile and let it sink in, ladies and gentlemen.

My partner teaches primary school children. He says parents are under a lot pressure to let their girls be like their role models. Why aren't their role models engineers or scientists?

So sad! Kids want to experiment with stuff, but I saw and 2-year-old in a bikini once so I'm pretty sure that was parental intervention...

One day those little girls will miss the joy of growing up slowly,not being pressured to be like all the others. That little girl in Colorado,pushed into beauty contests by her Mother,wasn't it? Was her murder ever explained?

As long as they not wearing padded bras, let them be. Sure they are just having fun ? Blame the parents.
