Could someone please explain
1) The meaning and purpose of the word ‘Rude’ as applied to people, speech or any form of media.
2) The real purpose of those people who wish to censor and avoid those things mentioned in 1) above. In the UK we call them ‘Prudes’
Is there anything good in society about rudes or prudes?

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.(1) What is considered rude is a personal matter. To me it is invading other people's privacy without an invitation. This is done both in personal life, and also by the tabloid press.
(2) The real purpose of criticizing invasions of privacy is to have a more civilized society. I wouldn't call people who invade privacy "prudes", I'd call them jerks.
