Repubs cannot deny this charge. The second day Obama was in office, Speaker of the House (avowed coward and hypocrite) announced on air, that they would obstruct anything Obama put forward. They spent the next eight years doing exactly that.
It's a matter of public record, or in their world of "alternative facts" fake news.
