The defense has claimed that they performed these acts of terror because they were bullied or picked on. Women who were bullied or picked on have not shot up anything. Where is the difference?

Bullshit it is no defense for anyone, it is irrelevant if they are guilt and not criminally insane they should be held responsible.
I dare say 90% of serial killers in India are indigenous Indians, 90% of Killers in Nigeria are probably black men, 90% of serial Killers in Japan are probably Asian men.
The fact that 90% of anything in any given country are likely to be of the majority race is a given, it's not because of their skin colour it's because of where they are in the majority.
However the percentage of Serial killers as a proportion of the world population is minute, and of men world wide is slightly higher. Men are not all potential serial killers any more than women are.

Twisting facts to attack one gender and skin colour specifically is sexist racist bigotry.
If you say all white men are not to be trusted and are potential killers (and that is the implication here) because 90% of serial killers in America are men, and that crap is called a legitimate argument, then I can say 100% of clinical abortions in the USA are carried out on and for Women therefore no woman can be looked at as anything but someone likely to have an abortion and since the majority of abortions are performed on WHITE women, ..... blah blah blah, get where I'm going with this?
