Thought is merely electricity in the brain
I'd take out the 'merely' because without paying attention we wouldnt have come up with maths or poetry etc. I love my beautiful electric prompts to paint, wash myself, and all the other wonderful enjoyments that come with those electric impulses to get off my arse and do something fun and enjoyable.
The brain does not think, the person thinks and thought cannot be specified to any particular part of the body. The discourse of neurosciences is any or all of the sciences, such as neurochemistry and experimental psychology, which deal with the structure or function of the nervous system and brain.
Thought arises from the body but it is different in kind from the physical body.
Are brainwashed religious believers experiencing power cuts then?
I think it's more like brown outs. They keep thinking that a 2000 year old Jewish man from the middle east would have been blond haired and blue eyed.
@t1nick Of course they do, when I went to Jerusalem everyone looked the same, Jews, Christians and Muslims. They are all from what used to be called Palestine, before Israel as a nation existed. The only fair haired, blue eyed people around there were tourists!
