Would you rather live 120 years that are comfortable but boring, or live half as long while having an exciting adventurous life?

You're only bored if you let yourself be...get up off the couch and do something!

60 years of living would beat 120 years awaiting the Grim reaper. 🙂

Every day pedal to the metal, for as long as the engine runs fine

Live fast, die young, and leave a big fat corpse.

Go out sliding sideways saying holy shit what a ride!

Who wants to look like a Galapgos island tortoise when they're old?

I think only a turtle would say yes to that! 🙂

While I don't think life is quantifiable, your question is an old one. Here is what Homer's Achilles said:

"My mother Thetis tells me that there are two ways in which I may meet my end. If I stay here and fight, I shall not return alive but my name will live for ever: whereas if I go home my name will die, but it will be long ere death shall take me."

It's more of a qualitative question than a quantitative one. I also understand that attitudes can change over time. So the question addresses the totality of your life so far.

That sounds like a line out of the movie Troy - must be where they got it.

I've done some pretty stupid shit, so far as I'm concerned, I'm still ahead of the curve.

Haha i'm also a cat that has spent several of his nine lives.

My life has been anything but boring but I am getting tired of this and would like a little more 'stillness'.
"May you live in interesting times" is an English expression purported to be a translation of a traditional Chinese curse. While seemingly a blessing, the expression is normally used ironically, with the clear implication that 'uninteresting times' of peace and tranquillity are more life-enhancing than interesting ones, which from historical perspective usually include disorder and conflict.

I agree there is a fine line between what is considered stressful and fun. I also agree there is a balance in life that each must determine between rest and exhaustion. I hope you find your stillness.

@kensmile4u Thank you. Sometimes it feels I have, then, boom something comes along to become another interesting time. I sometimes feel I could write a book.

@JackPedigo Writing songs is very cathartic for me. You should give the book a try.

@kensmile4u I have thought about it many times and when I tell some of my stories people often say I should write a book. Maybe in the winter because summers here are so busy.
