For all you "slow coaches" still in the 12th of July please allow me to send you greeting from Friday the thirteenth.
This day is the same as any other, there are 52 Fridays normally in the year, there may be 53 every 28 years. There are only 12 thirteenths of the month in each year and I cannot be bothered at the moment working out how many there are falling on a Friday each year! I leave that snippet for someone else to provide. I do know however that there is only one 13th July in each year and here today is clear blue sky and a sharp 11°C. It is Friday the Thirteenth so:-

Hey FrayedBear........It was a beautiful 22 (celcius of course. I don't get that archaic farenheit stuff my parents had 50 years ago)....anyway 22 degrees and not a cloud in the sky. You can keep your pretty Ballarat and I'll happily stay in sunny Brissy
Haha.
Friday, 13 October 1307 was the night of the long knives when under orders from Pope Boniface VIII, King Philip IV of France (in an attempted reconciliation between church and state) ordered the arrest, torture and disbandment of The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon AKA the knights Templar.
Since that Knight (boom boom) the Roman catholic church has deemed Friday the 13th to be a night for the Heretic and sinner to beware the wrath of Gods Kingdom on Earth, the Vatican.

my sweet little mother, who chose to leave her earthly life at 85, would have celebrated her 90th birthday today.
sunshine & a 'strayan blue above at 18 degrees.
Quit boasting, you will regret it when the humidity hits at 120°F.
Hehehe
@FrayedBear, not boasting. maybe i should have given the indoor temperature, which was 13 at the time. & yes, i won't be a happy camper once summer peeks.
@walklightly I'll think of you when it is 70°C in the car.
@FrayedBear, i hear it already sizzling.
@walklightly like I say at that temperature with our normal humidity of less than ten percent it is merely "open the window time" and quite pleasant.
