This poor man came in with a broken finger and after cardiac arrest and an his scrotum exploded!
Horrible and completely avoidable ?

Wow... just, wow... Can't understand how a piece of equipment, even if it's rarely used, is in the room when there are people who don't know how to use it. We don't let a single piece of new equipment anywhere near our trucks or bags until everyone has been in serviced on it's use and potential complications. There's one thing tho, if you read thru the entire thing.. It seems they at least kept him under enough so that he didn't know what was going on.
