What is your Mantra? One of the most successful therapies of recent years is CBT - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Apparently the technique, which tries to alter your way of thinking to something more beneficial is enhanced by using Mantras, a device used by several religious and spiritual movements. It involves repeating an important learning phrase over and over until it gets fixed in your mind - together with confirmations that the phrase is actually helping you of course.
