There are two strong arguments against the existence of deities. The burden of proof doesn't apply equally to both the for and against claims. If you assert that a thing exists, you have to present evidence and show the the evidence can only be interpreted in your favor. There's no falsifiable theory that would prove a god's existence.

As I typed this I thought of another; there is no theory that includes a deity and can actually predict the outcomes of events. For example, I can use the theory of gravity to predict the speed of a falling object at any point of its path.

We can't prove that there is no god. Believers cannot prove that there is. It's just mighty strange that god used to appear in scriptural times but he never does today. Well, maybe on your toast or in a dogs ass.
