I've been on here a short time. But as I see it. It seems as though most who ( myself included) are trying to connect seem to live so far away? I guess what I'm saying is there are not a lot of locals for this site. Right or am i wrong?

I don't know it's summer so I wouldn't even mind traveling across state lines. I've already done it before is why I'm saying. Hehe

I agree with not restricting your pool to only locals, but in the meantime - spread the word about this site in local groups. Facebook is a great avenue for this. That's how I found this site. 🙂

So? Good excuse for a road trip.

there's 43000 people from around the globe on this site...and that number is growing. ....so, doesn't mean someone won't show up.

However, why do people always assume the best person for them is within 50 miles? That sounds an awful lot like just settling for who's around.

There are really cool things now days called planes, trains, automobiles....and even buses and ships.
NEVER EVER limit yourself to a geographical area.

I had to pass this comment along. Thank you for the great food for thought.

Correct. But I'm staying (as I said in another post) for the fun and good conversation.

It could be that this site is still young. It doesn't have enough members to find many people within your own community.

Print some fliers with "agnostic.com" on them, with a brief summary, and post them where you're able to, within the mile radius in which you'd like to meet people.
