You can't leave your problems at home when you travel!

A new environment often distracts me from issues or perhaps an old familiar haunt full of happy memories. The ocean is that place for me...Happy place but stopping the cycle of thoughts can be difficult.
*Maybe I should just write down what's bugging me on a note, put it in a bottle and toss it!
What works for you?

Facing the problem and trying to find the best solution. If I cannot do that by myself, then I seek help, be it from trusted people or from therapy, depending on the case.

What works for me is dealing with them. Some things you can fix some you have to live with and learn how not to let them get to you.
