I got into a debate with my brother about medicare for all or universal healthcare. I think we can't afford not to have universal healthcare. What do you think.
We already have a $21 trillion debt - over $166k per household, and "Medicare for All" will increase that a couple of trillion a year. Everything government has its hands in increases in price and decreases in efficiency. (The UK postpones 93,000 surgeries every month, while over a hundred thousand Canadians seek medical treatment in the US every year.) And, as a reluctant participant in Medicare allow me to point out it sucks. It's not quite as bad as the VA system, but it is a nightmare.
Is not about what we think. Talk to those that can do something about it tomorrow.
