I've said many times that the conspiracy nut jobs need a beating. the flat Earthers, the moon landing deniers, the climate change deniers and so many others.
And that is just what Buzz, Aldrin does.
Mind you he's in his 80's, and still has balls of steel.

After spending much of my career in satellite operations and space launch, to have someone attack the science behind my career was, well, beyond the pale.
These misguided people evidently need to be recognized. They are not content to keep their idiotic notions to themselves, and they long for attention. So let those of us who remain grounded give them the attention they deserve, by ignoring them. And let us justifiably classify them as deranged, or, at the very least, mentally impaired.

If I'm in my '80's after having experienced what Buzz Aldrin experienced, including the loss of my colleagues (Grissom, White and Chaffee), and blasted into space on the top of a Saturn rocket, and after having landed on the moon with Armstrong, if some guy came up to me and accused me of being a 'thief' and other character assassinations? Well, hell ya, I'm punching him!
What is the deal with the flat earth people? Where are they living that they seriously believe the crap that comes out to their mouths
