There seems to be something of a Religion of Coffee going on here at agnostic.com with all of the related posts.
For those who hadn't heard about this research, apparently coffee is best not consumed before 9:30 am: [motherjones.com]
I started doing this about three years ago. I used to go into the office at 7 am and let me tell you, waiting two and a half hours while working without a good reason to live in the early morning was excruciatingly painful.
