Lol. Pretty sure the brown widow killed the hobo.
I don't know what species it is, but it looks like a male as it appears to have pedipalps. We have somewhat similar looking large spiders called Wolf Spiders where we live. They are called that because they run down their prey like wolves. They don't spin webs. They seem to come in the house only certain times of the year.
