Big counter protest happening this weekend. Could be dangerous but I am still thinking of going. Not sure if I want to give the white supremacist any more attention then they are getting!

I am a peaceful protestor so hopefully the police will respect that. I am not violent in any way.

They seem to be large groups from.many places, some local to DC some from out of town.

@GreatNani I had thought about going, but a family event “intervened”. It is important to stand against the white supremacists and other hate groups.

Clarification this is a protest against white supremacist Nazi, crazy people. Not police. Some strange comments here.

The counter-protesters are just the other side of the same coin - just as crazy too.

I can see enough protests on TV. Being at the wrong place at the right time you might find trouble from protesters of the cops.

I wouldn't want to encourage the left either.

If the alternative is giving tacit approval to hate mongers I will certainly give encouragement to the left. Of course being rather far to the left myself I appreciate the encouragement.
