Yeah, haven't been around to verbally abuse people or be my giant asshole self of late. It's only because heathens central has succeeded in, well, introducing me to a number of interesting new friends, and one especially special young man who's company I have been keeping (@noeffinway - outing him here a bit). Um. Yah. He's a bit younger, out of my range that I had set for myself so that I wouldn't be either babysitting or changing colostomy bags, but I dun fucked up dere. So, you never know what can occur if you are religiously strict in following your own parameters.

I've also made a number of new friends, more than a few that I have met in person or will meet in person.

Oh, it's an opportunity to embarrass him by posting the most adorable picture I have of him. Had to sneak this one.

So if you're wondering if this works, let me tell you:

1. I had NEVER been on a "dating" site, and would NEVER have signed up for one, except this had a community aspect to it.
2. I was myself. I was my vulgar, insensitive, verbose, raging banshee of a girly.
3. I took the chaff with the wheat, and didn't take anything too seriously.
4. The most important goal was to have fun...
