Some of the dojo folk did a self-defense workshop for about 50 girl scouts over the weekend. They ranged in age from 12 to 16.

Before the physical part got started, I asked the assemblage how many of them know what the #metoo movement was. All I got was a bunch of blank stares. Somehow I as thinking there would have been quite a number of hands raised.

I give them credit, though. They worked hard and for the most part kept things serious.

How many of the ladies here have participated in something like this and what was your opinion of what was presented?
