comrades in coffee...what do you think is the best brew method? not for convenience, but flavor.
I do like my french press, and love my aeropress. But on a day-to-day basis I swear by my old Senseo machine, filled with freshly-ground dark-roast. One utterly perfect cup. (Pre-made pods were never a good idea, and I can't believe anybody uses a keurig more than once.)
They don't make the senseo any more. When mine dies I'll be a french-presser like most of the rest of you.
I want to do a course on coffee making, I grow my own, processing is so labour intensive, I tried to get some companies to process for me but they wouldn't. I roast my beans just before grinding for the best aroma and taste. I like my beans dark roasted though I really need to learn how to brew a better coffee.
seems like a great idea. an in home processor? already out there probably.
Pour over, especially of a really good light roast such as Ethiopia Yirgecheffe!
yes.... I haven't found found anything better than pour-over.
ill try the roast too.
Amazing juicy blueberry notes!@hankster
Oh, I LOVE that Ethiopian Yirgecheffe. I get mine on Amazon.
My K cup is no hassle-no mess-buy a good brand-good coffee.
