I have two sons. Their names are Solomon and Anthony but I call them Sol and Tone... although usually it's Soltone and Tonesol.

Had a friend at my all boys HS which was had the embarrassing nickname of vagina in French because it rimed with his given name (and we are all pubescent boys). He was a cool guy. At a parent-teacher night, I bumped into him and couldn't introduce him to my parents because I forgot his real name and didn't want to say his nickname in front of my parents or his. I felt stupid...
