Hi world.
I've started a group called "Bookwurmz" for those that would like to discuss what they're reading, why, etc.
Nothing highbrow. No real rules. Do you have a book you're currently reading that you like? Was there one that was a major disappointment? Do you like fiction or non?
Come join the discussions. I hate talking to myself.
Since I joined Agnostics I havenβt done much reading....but come the winter will tackle the pile of books awaiting my attention. I like thrillers, when I read I like to give my imagination free rein....no reality or biographies! Lee Child and Jo Nesbo are my current favourites.
I am very nearly finished Jack Whyte's Arthurian saga, A Dream of Eagles. It is a generational epic telling of the King Arthur story during the era when Rome was exiting Britain. I have plans to move on to a book by Scott Lynch, The Lies of Loch Lamorre. I think that's how it's spelled, I might be wrong. It is a fantasy setting story about a young thief/rogue character.
I just finished a good book.
It was hard, my hand hurts From all that crayon coloring.
There are at least three identical groups here already
Um..I just did a search on "Groups" and your Bookwurmz group didn't show up.
Sounds good. I'm always reading something..usually rereading a Kindle book or series for the umpteenth time to save money, but recently splurged on a 3-book series for $7.99. I've read worse, and it's OK for an amusing distraction.
