The neighbor should have shot him in the face and saved the taxpayers a lot of money.
How much longer until we have licensing requirements for procreating?
It's time to stop societal brainwashing that people "need to have kids".
NO ONE "needs" to have children.
It should be regulated and only to those that are healthy, stable, secure, and pass a battery of psych evaluations.

@hankster No, it's common sense. Unless, of course, you enjoy reading all the news stories about parents killing their kids or baking them in hot cars or playing on Instagram whilst their kids drown.
