I have morals and not into just sex or a hook up as some have put it.
Well you can have your morals. I'll have fun instead.
Sex for fun is like communism. It looks good on paper , but it goes against human nature. It's always so much more complicated than just do it it'll be fun. It's kind of funny to me that when you come out and say something like you said it's met with negativity. However if you came out and said that you screwed 50 guys a day people would simply say that it's your choice and you're still a very moral person.
Neither option is right or wrong. I don't assign moral value to sex. I prefer not to have recreational sex, but I do not think that makes me better morally.
@maturin1919 it's a lot more complicated. Yes sex is for fun, but it's also a sense of connection. Even most men fall into the Trap of having sex with a woman they care about and getting a tad bit upset when she's sexually active with 10 to 15 other men. The problem with totally separating sex with morality is there's a lot of responsibility when it comes to sex. You're not f** yourself you're f** another human being. How you treat that human being says a lot about your morality. However, posts like this do bring out my misanthropic tendencies.
@Kojaksmom ok I see the difference. I am thinking more along the lines of two people who communicate what they are looking for. If someone wants sex, but no relationship and another agrees then I see nothing immoral about that. If they are lying about it, or using others than that is different. You can want to have sex with me, casually, and I most probably won't do it. But if I did I would not consider it immoral. Deceit is a different story.
@maturin1919 lies, deceit, selfishness, apathy, lack of communication ,unintended pregnancies, spread of venereal infections.all of these things are apart of sex. We don't live in a Utopia where everyone is honest ,mature consenting adults who care about the well-being of the person they set out to use for their immediate gratification.
@maturin1919 but my point is they apply to sexual activity, therefore it's unreasonable for someone to say that sex has nothing to do with morality.
Some people(not me) ,think as having sex only to produce children,It's natural tension release, just the other day was reading how a Woman's vagina will absorb some of the Man's ejaculation, improving her moods possibly acting on increasing the bond the two have.
You may have rules, i'm not sure you have morals ?
Strange post. Have people been hitting on you/propositioning you a lot/too much?
