It means that a woman feels more sexual urge when her consensual partner is letting her know that she is the cause of his/her/their desire. I think it’s true. Who doesn’t want to be their lover’s object of desire? Knowing that your partner wants you, and you are the sole cause of the desire and physical pleasures they are experiencing, makes you want to do more for them. Ehem!

This is true for me, definitely, of course need to be attracted on the other side to begin with, but this puts it over the top.
